Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of this website and any work you book with Capstone Little Rock Masonry & Concrete. When we say "we," "us" or "our," we mean Capstone Little Rock Masonry & Concrete and our crew. When we say "you," we mean the person using the site or hiring us.

By using this site, asking for an estimate or booking a job, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. A signed estimate or written agreement for your job also applies, and where it differs from these terms, the written agreement for your job controls.

What we do

We're a masonry contractor in Little Rock, AR, and we also do concrete work for homeowners in Little Rock and the cities around it. The services on our home page and service pages describe the kind of work we take on, and they're general information, not a promise that a given method or material fits your house.

The exact work for your job is what's written in your estimate or agreement. You can read more about who we are on our About page.

Estimates and pricing

We give free estimates at your property, with no pressure to book. An estimate is based on what we can see and measure at the visit, so it reflects the scope, materials and access we know about at that time.

Masonry and concrete work sometimes turns up hidden conditions once it's opened up, like rotted backing, failed footings, buried debris or damage behind brick. If that happens, we'll stop, show you what we found and give you a written change before doing extra work at extra cost. We don't add charges without your approval.

An estimate stays good for the period written on it. After that, material prices may have changed and we may need to update it before we start.

Scheduling, weather and cancellation

We'll give you a start date when you book, and we'll do our best to keep it. Masonry and concrete depend on the weather, because mortar and concrete need the right conditions to set and cure, so rain, freezing temperatures or extreme heat can push a date back. Delays from weather, material shortages, permit timing or other things outside our control aren't a breach of your agreement.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please call us at (501) 274-1083 as early as you can. If you cancel after we've ordered special materials or started work, you may owe for materials bought for your job and work already done, as your agreement describes.

Payment

Your estimate or agreement sets out what you'll pay, when payments are due and the payment methods we accept. Some jobs call for a deposit before we order materials or schedule the crew, and if yours does, the agreement will say so.

Final payment is due when the work in your agreement is complete, unless the agreement says otherwise. If a balance goes unpaid, we may charge any late fees the agreement allows and use the collection and lien rights Arkansas law gives contractors.

Our guarantee and what it doesn't cover

We're fully licensed and insured, and satisfaction is guaranteed. If something about our work isn't right, call us and we'll come back and look at it with you.

Any written warranty for your job is in your agreement, and it covers only what it names. Unless a written warranty says otherwise, we don't promise results that depend on things we don't control, such as soil movement, drainage problems, settling, tree roots, freeze damage, misuse, other people's work or normal wear. Natural stone, brick and concrete also vary in color, texture and small surface cracks, and that variation isn't a defect.

Information on this website is general and offered as is. Except for what's written in your agreement, and to the extent the law allows, we don't make other promises or warranties about the site or our work.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim tied to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We aren't responsible for indirect losses, like lost use of your property, lost income or other consequential damages.

Nothing here limits any responsibility that Arkansas law doesn't allow a business to limit.

Working out a disagreement

If you have a problem with our work or a bill, call us first. Most issues get settled quickly when we walk the job together, so please give us a fair chance to look at it and make it right before taking other steps.

If we can't work it out between us, either of us may take the matter to the state or federal courts serving Pulaski County, Arkansas, or to small claims court where the amount qualifies.

Arkansas law applies

These terms and any work we do are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to rules that would apply another state's law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one in effect. Changes don't affect a job already covered by a signed agreement unless we both agree in writing.
